Extremely comfy and friendly hotel, we liked it.

we had double room, and it was brand-new.

Great and fantastic setting, I didn't want to say goodbye.

I was given a spacious and updated room with with a nice TV, balcony, for instance. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and will choose the place for future trips.

We had a twin room with a view to inner courtyard. It was in a marvellous and fantastic location near bars and cafés. The place was near the heart of Madrid.

Didn't like the area, it was so-so.

They offered us brand-new and large rooms with modern bathroom and balcony, for instance.

I stayed here for a weekend and would love to come back here some time. Everything was brand-new, I truly enjoyed my stay. I was upgraded to an extremely spacious room with a nice bathroom. The public parking was nearby, terrific service...

Overall it was a great stay for a business trip or short city break. All the staff were outstandingly accommodating, helpful.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to major attractions and the subway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better, perhaps more variety or fresher options would have made it more enjoyable.

The room I had was spacious with brand new bathroom and the staff was friendly! Its location relatively close to a huge plaza was marvellous.

The location is perfect in the midle of Madrid, the room is very very clean, the staff is friendly.

It was very well appointed, comfortable and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. We originally chose it on the basis of its location, which also proved excellent and met our specific request that we be assigned a room away from the street for quiet. However, even though a lot of people are on the street well into the night, we had pedestrian-only streets around us, and it was quiet anyway--a big plus for us when trying to sleep in an unfamiliar bed.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to important sights and shopping areas. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a storage room where we could leave our luggage after check out, allowing us to explore the city before our evening departure.

The room we stayed in had a strange smell and poor ventilation due to the windows overlooking a "pipes hole" in the building. This made the room quite gloomy and gave us headaches.

Location.

No heater, very cold during winter. No soap. Nobody at counter to oversee the retrieval and return of keys(others might take your room key). No lift, dificult with heavy luggages. No English channels on TV.
